ADA-Services for Winna Jo Gray Wilmer, 81, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Richard Bailey will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilmer died Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at a Stonewall nursing home. She was born September 25, 1928 at Stonewall, Oklahoma to James Aron and Pauline Franks Gray. She graduated from Byng High School and attended East Central State Teachers College.
She married Lawrence Wilmer in Dallas, Texas. He preceded her in death on January 27, 2002 in Ada. Mrs. Wilmer worked as a teacher for a short time and also in bookkeeping and accounting. Later she and her husband owned and operated a long haul trucking company.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Seloff; six sons, Billy Dzenowski, Jon Dzenowski, Mike Dzenowski, Steve Dzenowski, James Dzenowski and Tommy Dzenowski, all of Texas; eleven grandchildren; a sister, Earlene McDonald, Ada; and two brothers, Carlton Gray, Ada, and John Gray, Texas; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son, Larry Dzenowski in June, 2008 and a brother, Richard "Pete" Gray.
