Her home was always open, and everyone who walked through her door felt welcomed and cared for. She had a special love for the outdoors, often spending peaceful moments planting flowers and tending to her yard, where she delighted in watching her beloved hummingbirds. These simple joys brought her great happiness and reflected her gentle, nurturing spirit. Earlene was especially devoted to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. She lovingly spoiled them while also surrounding them with unwavering affection and warmth. Known affectionately as “Nanny E,” she was more than just a grandmother—she was a trusted friend, a source of comfort, and a guiding light to all who knew her. Her kindness, generosity, and loving heart left a lasting impression on everyone blessed to be part of her life.
