Bill Willis

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for William Gene "Bill" Willis, 79 of Ada.

Mr. Willis passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home. He was born December 6, 1940 at Ada to Harvey and Freda Gunter Willis. He graduated from Ada High School in 1959, where he was an outstanding football player. He attended North Mexico State University in Alamogordo, NM.

He married Sandra K. Barthel October 30, 1964. Mr. Willis was a Draftsman in Civil Engineering and later and he was a Registered Nurse at Valley View Regional Hospital and Rolling Hills Hospital. Mr. Willis was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy, of the home; his mother, Freda Yancy, Ada; daughter, Brenda Sue Son, Pickett; and son, William Bradley Willis, Seminole.

He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Duane Willis; and his father.
