Willie Low
CUSHING-Services for William Leslie "Willie" Low, 79, of Cushing, formerly of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada. Jay Horsley will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada.
Mr. Low died Friday, August 7th, 2015 at a Tulsa hospital. He was born February 3rd, 1936 in Whitewright, Texas to Leslie Lee and Ruby Jewel Black Low. He graduated from Ada High School in 1954.
He married Jennie Lee Sims on December 22nd, 1960 in Ada, Oklahoma. Mr. Low delivered magazines in southeast Oklahoma for over 40 years and retired in 1998.
Survivors include his wife Jennie of the home; two sons, Jeffrey Wayne Low of Ada, Roy Leslie Low of Cushing; one daughter, Karrie Melissa Bales and husband David of Stillwater; one stepson, Billy Ed Davis and wife Melissa of Mustang; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Mildred Elgart and Mary Frances Massey, and one brother, JW Low.
Bearers will be David Bales, son-in-law; Caleb Davis, grandson; Brent Manuel, family friend; Andy Massey, nephew; and Alex Wade, grandson.
