Bill Kelley

Services for William Everett "Bill" Kelley, 47, of Roff are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Harmony Free Will Baptist Church, Pastor Greg Gibson-Bailey will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery, Roff.

Mr. Kelley passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 near Roff. He was born May 29, 1971 at Omaha, NE to William Everett and Joyce Marie Newton Kelley. He attended school in Plathemis, NE. He moved to this area March 8, 2016 from Guthrie.

He married Ellen Dollard April 30, 2018 in Eureka Springs, AR. Mr. Kelley was a diesel mechanic for WCA in Ada. He was an avid motorcycle rider and had served in the U. S. Army and the National Guard.

Survivors include his mother, Joyce Stoops; his wife, Ellen Marie Kelley, of the home; three sons, Michael Lowe and wife Erica, Bella "Billy" Kelley, Jr. and Casey Vandever; a daughter, Jessica Vandever; five grandsons; one granddaughter; a brother, Joe Kelley; sister, Sonja Buddhacharya; and numerous other family members and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Kelley; and his grandparents, Everett and Delta Newton.
