WELDON KILLIAN
ADA-Services for Weldon Gordon Killian, 81, Ada, are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Randall Christy will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mr. Killian died Monday, January 19, 2009 at his home. He was born January 16, 1928 at Roff, Oklahoma to Tom J. and Viola Munger Killian.
He married Joan Coventon January 11, 1951. She preceded him in death on January 15, 2009. Mr. Killian formerly owned and operated K & S Floor Covering Company and later built, owned and operated the Village Inn Motel and Restaurant for several years. He served in the Merchant Marines and later served in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include a son, Tommy Killian and wife Leslie, Ada; one daughter, Teresa Killian, Ada; four grandchildren, Patrick Killian, Nikki Haley, Tisha Killian, and Torri Killian; and two great grandchildren, Saylee Nelson and Braden Nelson.
Bearers will be Cliff Jackson, Darrell Richardson, Johnnie Brassfield, Bob McNutt, Arnold Scott, Donald Scott, and Landon Winton.
