WAYNETH WELLS
ADA-Services for Wayneth Lynn Wells, 58, Ada, are 6 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home with Danny Wells officiating. Visitation with family and friends will be until 8 p.m. following the services.
Mr. Wells died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at an Ada hospital. He was born July 17, 1954, to Charles Morgan Wells and Phercella Mae Lois Cogburn Wells at Ada. He graduated from Stonewall High School and attended Murray State College and Pontotoc County Technology Center. He was employed in the oil industry for several years and was later employed at J.P. Emco.
He and Sandra Lynn Knight Bennett were married May 25, 1989, in Oklahoma City.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy, of the home; two sons, Shamus Wells and wife Kay, Ada, and Richard Queen, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Cassie Bevelhymer, Oklahoma City, and Dana Weddle and husband Ricky, Calvin; parents, Morgan and Phercella Wells, Ada; one brother, Danny Wells and wife Betty, Stratford; one sister, Malipsa Wells and life partner Vernon Sweatt, Stonewall; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two close friends who were like brothers, Bob Magar, Ada, and Carey Bell, Warner; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
