WANDA SPRADLIN
KONAWA-Services for Wanda Juanita Spradlin, 83, of Konawa are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada, Chaplain Randy Wade and Dusk Monetathchi will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Spradlin died Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at her home. She was born August 4, 1931 in Fittstown, Oklahoma to Mack and Della Powell Colbert. She attended McLish schools.
She married Jack Spradlin. He preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Spradlin was employed as a receptionist with the Chickasaw Nation Legal Division for 20 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Walker Morris of Tulsa; a son, Bobby Kent Walker and wife Dreama of Konawa; a great granddaughter, Drew Walker, of the home; her grandchildren, Tammy Peterson of Tulsa, Shannon Walker and Bobby J. Walker, both of Dallas, TX, Dustin Walker, Tulsa and Zane Morris of Tulsa; her great grandchildren, Riley Walker and Colton Walker; and cousins, Melvin Worcester and Larry Colbert.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a granddaughter, Nicole Walker, and sister, Martha Walker.
Bearers will be Kevin Anderson, Melvin Burris, Lance Walker, Larry Colbert, Dusk Monetathchi and Kerry Everett. Honorary bearers will be Gov. Bill Annoatubby, Lt. Gov. Jefferson Keel, Bill Pittenridge and Glen Coyle.
