WANDA PRYOR
ADA-Services for Wanda Faye Pryor, 73, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Robert Hatcher will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Pryor died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at her home. She was born December 1, 1937 near Lightning Ridge to James and Lillian Bullard Trench. She lived in this area all her life.
She married Jackie Ray Pryor on May 31, 1955 in Ada. He preceded her in death on August 6, 1995. Mrs. Pryor was a waitress at the Catfish Kettle and was a member of Lightning Ridge Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Woods and her husband Mike, Ada; two granddaughters, Melissa Knighten and her husband Jared, Francis, and Bobbi Freeman and her husband Tim, St. Louis, MO; two great grandchildren, Geoffrey Shumard and Jackie Knighten, both of Francis; a sister, Ruby Turner and her husband Sam, Ada; and two brothers, Leon Trench, Oklahoma City and Bobby Trench and wife Linda, Oklahoma City.
Bearers will be Bill Turner, Chad Trench, James Trench, Iran Trench, Dodd Trench and Houston Hatcher. Honorary bearers will be a host of nieces and nephews.
