Mr. Kifer died on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at his home. He was born December 27, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, to Edmond Lee and Doris Myra Cole Kifer. He attended school in Texas, and was retired as a roofer.
He married Casey Effinger on July 31, 1999.
Survivors include his wife, Casey, of the home; stepsons, Billy Herrin, Tecumseh; Clinton Herrin, Earlsboro; and Chase Herrin, Seminole; parents, Edmond and Myra Kifer, Asher; and two brothers, David Lynn Kifer, Arkansas; and James Robert Kifer, Asher. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Kifer.
