VERNON ELLIS
ADA-Memorial services for Vernon James Ellis, 82, Ada, will be at a later date in Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Mr. Ellis died Thursday, March 25, 2010 at a local nursing home. He was born July 22, 1928 at Perry, Oklahoma to Henry Harvey Ellis and Agnes Loretta (Neuerburg) Ellis.
Survivors include three sons, Harold Gene Ellis, Tommy Joe Ellis, and Donny Glen Ellis; a brother, Ralph (Joe) Ellis and wife Judy, Brighton, CO; and four sisters, Irene Thomas, Birmingham, AL; Dorothy Spinosi and husband Ralph, Westerville, OH, Ethel Jones and husband Lattie, Ada, and Helen James, Durango, CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Raymond Carl Ellis and Clarence Eugene Ellis.
