Velma Flora "Boe" Jennings, 94, of San Diego, California, formerly of Tupelo, Oklahoma
Mrs. Jennings died Monday, February 23, 2009 at her home.
She was born February 19, 1915 at Tupelo, Oklahoma to William M. and Mattie Lewis Bullard. She attended Eubanks school in Coal County.
She married Elmer Jennings on March 13, 1932 in Lula, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death October 1996. Mrs. Jennings lived in California for 44 years and was a homemaker and a member of Tupelo Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Annette MacDougall, Tupelo; two sons, Steve Jennings and wife Caroline, St.George, Utah and Danny Jennings, San Diego, California; seven grandchildren, Bryan MacDougall and wife Angie, Glenpool, Michelle Keith, Tulare, CA, Bonnie Blair and husband Randall, Harrison, AR, Bobbie Cadwallader, Tupelo, Maseo Jennings and wife Rafaela, San Diego, CA, Steven Jennings Jr. and wife Angie, St. George, Utah, and Stefani McKenzi, St. George, Utah; and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Charles O'Dell "Billy" Jennings in 1946 and a daughter, Velma Ruth Jennings.
