Memorial Services for Valerie Ann Banworth, 57, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 9, 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate.

Ms. Banworth passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home.  She was born February 3, 1964 in Casa Grande, AZ to Emory Allen and Annette Ann Neeley DeWitt.

She was married to Michael Banworth and was a chef at the Uppercrust Food Service.

Survivors include her husband, Michael, of OKC; mother, Serena Bounds; three sons, Casady Adams and wife Morgan, of Morrison, OK, Cody Adams and wife Vanna, of Morrison, OK, and Zachary Dodge and wife Jessica, of Stonewall, OK; step-son, Mark Banworth, of OKC; daughter, Melanie Saunders and husband Chad, of Stillwater, OK; brother, Donald DeWitt, of Ada, OK; two sisters, Pam Dewitt, of Allen, OK and Brenda Dewitt, of Ada, OK; and six grandchildren, Kaslyn, Anastasia, Logan, Blake, LaNaya, and Zoey.

She was preceded in death by her father; three sisters, Betty, Becky, and Donna; nephew, Gary Pierce; and niece, Miranda McWhethy.
