ROFF-Funeral services for Trisha Machell Phillips, 28, of Roff are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Tony Folger will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Phillips died Friday, October 19, 2012 at an Ada hospital. She was born June 5, 1984 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Benjamin F. R. and Tammy Sue Hunt Williams.
She married Tyler Wayne Phillips on September 28, 2012 at Van Buren, Arkansas. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Tyler Phillips, of the home; three sons, Luther Moor, Shawn Moor and Blake Moor, all of the home; a daughter, Ruby Moor, of the home; step-children, Jacie Phillips, Riley Phillips, Rayden Phillips and Jaxen Phillips; her mother, Tammy Crain, Oklahoma City; her father and step-mother, Ben and Nancy Ann Williams, Roff; two brothers, Ben Williams and Dustin Williams; a sister, Susan Stretch; half-brothers, Skylar, George and Chrysler Crain; step-siblings, Jackie Dale Greb, Paula Sue Greb, Daryl Greb, Larry Greb and Kim Gordy; god-sister, Linda Marie Coke; and aunts, uncles and other family members.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Luther Williams; paternal grandparents, Arkle Junior Williams and Bertie Lee Ann Williams; great great grandmother, Caroline Milligan; and god-parents, Frank and Linda Stone.
