Trinda Jeanette Zukosky

Trinda Jeanette Zukosky passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the age of 58. She was born on June 13, 1968, in Oklahoma City to Junior Ray Burris and Melba Jean (Hatcher) Burris. A proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation, Trinda earned her bachelor’s degree and dedicated her career to serving her community as a call center receptionist for the Chickasaw Nation.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior Ray Burris and Melba Jean Burris, her beloved husband, Anthony Don Zukosky, and sister-in-law, Nyree Burris.

Trinda is survived by her three daughters, Jessica Zukosky, Jewel Zukosky, and Hannah Zukosky; her brother, Stoney Burris and fiancé, Bobbie Turner; and her sisters, Tonya Ulrich and her husband Bryan, and Shanella Martin and her husband Tyler. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Aspen Waller, Hensley Waller, Nickolas Waller, Carver Elane, and Coltrane Elane, along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Toby Willoughby on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at A Place of New Hope Calvary. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Criswell Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.
