Memorial services for Trevor Dale Clark, Sr., 48, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Chickasaw Community Center, Brandon Henry and Kellos Walker will officiate.

He passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.  He was born January 20, 1974 in Talihina, OK to Rev. Leslie and Deanna Walker Clark.  He was a recognized Chickasaw craftsman/artist, a coach, counselor and friend, but most of all a loving husband and father.

He married Kristi McDonald, April 10, 1999.

He is survived by his wife, Kristi, of the home; two sons, Trevor Clark, Jr. and Jesse Clark; one brother, Brett Clark and wife Patty; nephews and nieces, Cooper and Carter Clark, Trenton and Layne Clark, Elizabeth Middleton and Clareese Winn; and one great nephew, Maverick Charles.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jared Clark.
