TOMMY CLARK WADE
SULPHUR-Services for Tommy Clark Wade, 45, of Sulphur are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Ada, Rev. Temple Diehl will officiate. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.
Mr. Wade died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in Oklahoma City.
He was born December 3, 1967 in Oklahoma City to Ivan Rex and Nellie Jolene Campbell Wade. He graduated from Sulphur High School.
Mr. Wade was a self-employed drywall contractor.
Survivors include his father, Rex Wade, of Ada; a son, Shandy Wade of Ada; one daughter, Allison Wade of Sulphur; three grandchildren, Alex Wade, Colton Wade and Shaden Wade; three sisters, Tracy Polite, DeSoto, TX, Johna Stringer, Ada, and Sara McLain, Wayne; and a brother, Bruce Fulton, Shawnee.
He was preceded in death by his mother in May, 2010.
