Tina Whipkey

Graveside services for Tina Michael Whipkey, 58, of Cashion, will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2025, at East Hill Cemetery.  Rev. Josh Riley will officiate.

Ms. Whipkey passed away Monday, November 10, 2025, in Oklahoma City.  She was born August 24, 1967, in Midwest City to Billy Miller and Judy Wyatt Skanes.

Ms. Whipkey was a devoted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who took great pride in caring for others. Her compassion, dedication, and gentle spirit touched countless lives throughout her career.

Above all, she loved being a mother and grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she found her greatest joy in spending time with them.

Survivors include her mother, Judy Skanes of Cashion; son, Omar Samour of Oklahoma City; brothers, Phillip Michael Singley, Jr. of Yukon and Benjamin Eugene Singley of Midwest City; sister, Pamela Johnson and husband Rodney of Piedmont; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Miller.
