Tina Davis
ADA-Memorial services for Tina Lynn Davis, 53, of Ada are 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Ada, Rev. David Daniel will officiate.
Tina passed from this life on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at her home. She was born September 15, 1961 in Ardmore to Jerry Dean and Karen Jo Ferguson Hope. She graduated from Healdton High School and received a Bachelor's and Master's degree from East Central University.
She married Jeffery Scott Davis on May 25, 1990 in Las Vegas, NV. Mrs. Davis was the Director of Special Services for the Ada Public School System where she had taught for 29 years. Previously, she taught school in Ardmore. She was also a Swim Teacher and a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Davis, of the home; a son, Connor Davis of Stillwater; her parents, Jerry and Karen Hope of Healdton; a sister, Kelly Dickson and husband Michael of Whitesboro, TX; two nephews, Joshua Dickson and Jace Dickson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry and Ivy Hope and Joe and Jimmie Ferguson; one aunt, Glenda (Susie) Stearns.
Honorary bearers will be Josh Dickson, Jace Dickson, Jeff Stearns, Kevin Stearns, Shane Babcock and Joey Stearns.
