Graveside services for Thea Mae Bell Perkins, infant, of Taylor Lee Perkins and Ada Ruthann Banasau will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Greenwood Cemetery in Fillmore, OK.
Thea passed away Monday, December 8, 2025, in Ada.
Survivors include her mother, Ada Banasau; father, Taylor Perkins; brothers, Benjamin Cook, Corbin Cook, Joseph Cook, and Theodore Perkins; and sister, Mariah Sampson.
