TERRY HILLMAN
TULSA-Services for Terry Don Hillman, 62, Tulsa, are 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Gary Jamar will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home.
Mr. Hillman died Friday, May 2, 2008 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born January 19, 1946 at Ada, Oklahoma to Woodrow and Kathryn Louise Selman Hillman. He graduated from Ada High School in 1964 and East Central University.
Mr. Hillman was a U. S. Postal Service employee until his retirement. He was of the Methodist faith and had served in the U. S. Marine Corps from 1967 until 1969. He served in Vietnam for 13 months.
Survivors include a daughter, Julie Day and husband John, Broken Arrow; a son, Nathan Hillman, Ada; four grandchildren, Haley Hillman, Breanna Hillman, Shelbi Day, and Chloe Day; one brother, Joe Hillman and wife Ronda, Shawnee; and one sister, Barbara Shahan and husband Alvin Carol, Fitzhugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Larry "Butch" Hillman on May 5, 1993.
Bearers will be Ron Hillman, John Hillman, Clate Hillman, John Day, Jimmy Fletcher, Bob Kelso, and David Hammond.
