Terrance Anthony "Terry" DeHaven, 58, of Ada.
He was a loving husband, father, brother and son born in Urbana, IL on July 22, 1957 to Jules and Ada DeHaven. He passed away October 17, 2015 at his home.
Survivors include his loving wife, Dawn Marie Camarena-DeHaven, of the home; two sons, Shaun and Darrell; four daughters and their husbands all of Ada, Jodie and Martin Lopez, Trisha and Terrence Dickson, Samantha and John Mazey, Christine and Christopher Crawford; four sisters; five brothers; 14 grandchildren; and many loving friends who will never forget the man we all loved and will miss dearly.
