Services for Teresa Diane Stiles, 48, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Toby Willoughby will officiate.

Ms. Stiles passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at a Tecumseh nursing home. She was born March 6, 1970 at Madill to Johnny Dwayne and Linda Padgett Stiles. She graduated from Ada High School.

Survivors include her mother, Linda Stiles of Seminole; her father, Johnny D. Stiles of Stratford; a sister, Sherry Craig and husband Ray of Seminole; and two brothers, Kevin Stiles of Oklahoma City and John Stiles of Ada; and niece, Ginger Craig.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Lynn Stiles; and her grandparents, Juanita and Martin Stiles.
