ADA-Services for Teresa Leona Simmons, 45, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Toby Willoughby will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Ms. Simmons died Thursday, May 2, 2013 at a local hospital. She was born August 30, 1967 in Ada, Oklahoma to Ray Simmons, Jr. and Nora Leona Manuel Simmons. She attended Ada and Byng schools.
Ms. Simmons was a cashier for Long John Silver Restaurant and was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her father, Ray Simmons, of Ada; two daughters, Teresa Denise Dill and husband Ryan, and Elizabeth Raylene Williams, all of Ada; two sons, Timothy Brian Williams and wife Lindsey of Ada and Christopher Daniel Williams of Allen; five grandchildren, Ryan Brenden Dill, Kaleb John Dill, Thomas Dante Williams, Christian Ray Watham and Kaylee Ann Williams.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Bearers will be Brian Williams, Chris Williams, Charlie Manuel, Paul Sweeney, Joe Odom and Tony Sojo.
