ADA-Services for Tammy Jorene Jordan, 23, of Ada, are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Charles Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Ms. Jordan died Monday, November 11, 2013 in Ada. She was born April 3, 1990 in Stockton, California to Thomas Wayne and Tammy Jo Cordell Jordan. She attended Ada schools and she was a health-care provider.
Survivors include her mother, Tammy Jo Jordan of Ada; three brothers, Bill Jordan and wife Jessica, Tommy Jordan and Randy Jordan, all of Ada; and two nieces, Lillian and Aryanna Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her grandmother, Margie Lorene Thomas.
