SYBLEE WILLIAMS
DAVIS-Services for Syblee Williams, 83, Davis, formerly of Stonewall are 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Richard Dickerson will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall.
Ms. Williams died Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at a nursing home in Davis. She was born January 13, 1927 at Tupelo, Oklahoma to Everett and Emma Turner. She attended Tupelo schools and graduated from Tupelo High School.
Ms. Williams was an insurance agent for Homer Belew Insurance Agency and Paul Alford Insurance Agency. Later, she owned a business in Davis. She was affiliated with the First Baptist Church in Stonewall.
Survivors include a daughter, Janna Madden and husband Dewey, Davis; two grandchildren, Mike Humphrey and wife Kristie, Edmond, and Chris Humphrey, Macomb; six great grandchildren; three nieces; three nephews; and a sister, Helen Hickman, Coalgate.
