Stormy Smith

A memorial service for Stormy Arnett Smith, 67, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Cary Gerth will officiate.

Mrs. Smith passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at her home. She was born March 27, 1959, in Ada, to Leo Clifford and Billie Sue Sellers Burnes.

On July 8, 1975, she married Robert David Smith. She was a bus driver for Ada Schools for 14 years.

Mrs. Smith loved arts and crafts, spending time playing bingo, and caring for her beloved dogs. She also had a special love for pelicans and treasured every opportunity to visit the beautiful beaches of Florida. Her kindness, laughter, and loving presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Survivors are her husband, Robert, of the home; two daughters, Brandy Dawn Reich and husband, Shanon, of Sasakwa and Patience Lane Hampton and husband, Russell, of Ada; grandchildren, Chloe Hunter, Seth Wayne Reich, Nathan Hampton, and River Hampton; and great grandchild, Evalin Reich.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ricky Don Bryant and Billy Lee Burnes; and two sisters, Mary Jo Poindexter and Linda Lewis.
