STEVE FULTON

RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO-At his wishes, no service was held for Steve Fulton, 64, of Rio Rancho, NM. Burial was at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, OK.

Mr. Fulton died Sunday, April 27, 2014 in Rio Rancho, NM. He was born August 28, 1949 in Ada, Oklahoma to Ross and Ollie Mae Robbins Fulton. He attended Latta Elementary School, Ada schools through the 5 ^th grade and moved to Midlothian, Texas. He graduated from Midlothian High School. He later graduated from East Central University in Ada with a B. A. in Education, and from the University of North Texas at Denton, TX with a Master's Degree in Library Science.

He married Beverly Villarreal in Denton, TX on August 14, 1982. She preceded him in death on October 8, 1998. Steve was a librarian in public, special and college libraries in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma. He was active in state and regional library associations.

Survivors include a sister, Deidra Fulton of Plano, TX; a nephew, Caleb Villarreal of Garland; and many friends and other relatives.
