Sterling Henley

Services for Sterling Henley, 90, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 7,2021 at Trinity Baptist Church, Rev. Neil O'Connell and Dr. Rusty Fuller will officiate. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Henley passed away Friday, October, 1, 2021 at his home. He was born October 9, 1930 at Pharoah, Ok to Omer and Helen Moore Henley. He attended Pharoah grade school and graduated from Henryetta High School. Sterling also attended OSU college for 2 years.

He married Rachel 'Pat' Myers Henley. Mr. Henley was self employed, later retiring. He was affiliated with the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Pat, of the home; two daughters, Peggy Hill and husband Terry,  and Traci Schell and husband Michael; a son, Mitchell Henley and wife Amy; step-son, Paul Myers; eight grandchildren, Alexis Hill, Tatum Rich, Matt Myers, Madi Myers, Keeley Schell, Jayden Schell, Cooper Henley, and Jordyn Henley; and two great-grandchildren, Rowlee and Langdin Rich.

Bearers will be Mitch Henley, Justin Dansby, Mark Manuel, Tyler Alderman, Quaid Rich and John Gosa. Honorary bearers will be Rocky Clarke, Shaun Garrison, Morris McGehee and Bruce Plunk.
