Sinie Sheffield York

Services for Sinie Jane Sheffield York, 87, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Richard Brown will officiate. Burial will follow at A. L. Stephens Cemetery near Clayton, OK.

Mrs. York died Tuesday March 10, 2020 at her home. She was born October 4, 1932 in Tuskahoma to Jesse and Flossie Ford Bohanon. She graduated from Tuskahoma High School.

She married Henry York at Hot Springs, AR in 1974. He preceded her in death March 8, 2018. Mrs. York attended nursing school in Lawton and became a LPN. She was affiliated with the Baptist Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Donna Payne and family, Connie Brown and family, Paula Sheffield and Family and Brenda Digby and family; two sisters, Beatrice Leathers and Lois Armstrong; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
