SINA OGG

ADA-Services for Sina Mae Ogg, 74, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Revs. Mel Gaines, Lester Tims, and David Long, Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. A Wake Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ogg died Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at a local nursing home. She was born January 25, 1934 at Allen, Oklahoma to Andrew and Ida Belle Porter Walton. She attended school at Citra.

She married Orel Ogg in 1969. He preceded her in death in 1988 at Ada. Mrs. Ogg retired from Solo Cup Company with 18 years of service. Later, she was employed with the Chickasaw Nation Child Care Center. Mrs. Ogg was a member of Johnson Chapel Church, south of Allen.

Survivors include two sons, Gerald Carnes, Ada, and Darrell Carnes, Ada; two sisters, Vera Tims, Stonewall, and Rev. Belle Harjo, Broken Arrow; a brother, H. B. Walton, Allen; two grandchildren, Merinda Cooper and Michael Carnes; four great grandchildren, Blake Cooper, Kyle Wayne Carnes, Riley Cooper and Kaitlin Cooper; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and three sisters, Jean Carnes, Ella Walker, and Sue Walton.

Bearers will be Roy Sisco, Ronnie Tucker, Chad Isom, Jeff Keel, Herman Walker, and J. R. Ishomer. Honorary bearers will be Gov. Bill Anaotubby, Lt. Gov. Jefferson Keel, and Tom Criswell.
