Shirley Stonecipher

Services for Shirley Ann Stonecipher, 82, of Centrahoma are 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Life Community Church and Rev. Mickey Keith will officiate.  Burial will follow at Centrahoma Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Mrs. Stonecipher passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at her home.  She was born May 9, 1940 in Roff, OK to Marvin Lee and Sallie Mae Seabolt Thompson.

On August 22, 1958 she married Harland C. Stonecipher in Stonewall, OK.  He preceded her in death November 10, 2014.

Harland and Shirley worked together for over 40 years to build Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., now Legal Shield LLC.  She was the First Lady of Prepaid Legal Services.  Mrs. Stonecipher took care of their home and family and also, her parents and Harland's parents.

She is survived by her son, Allen Stonecipher and wife, Karen; sister, Virginia Boulton, of Norman; and two grandsons, Greg and Zane.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brent Stonecipher; daughter-in-law, Tina Stonecipher; granddaughter, Nikki Stonecipher; three brothers, Jerry Thompson, John Thompson and Gus Thompson; and four sisters, Louise, Bobbie, Mary and Nova.

Bearers are Travis Thetford, Larry Kent Stonecipher, Roy Stonecipher, Allen Stonecipher, Greg Stonecipher, Zane Stonecipher, Michael Boulton, Mike Thompson, and Wes Moreland.  Honorary bearers are Tamara Schantz, Briana Bailey, Kathie Moreland, Joyce Horton, Rhonda Cosades, Jan Boyd, Julie Arrieta-Garcia, Camma Bushnell, and Brandon Moreland.
