SHIRLEY CAPPS
ADA-Graveside services for Shirley Ann Capps. 72, Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Friday at Denney Cemetery.
Ms. Capps died Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at a local nursing home. She was born January 11, 1939 in Francis, Oklahoma to Oscar C. and Myrtle Jones Capps. She attended school in Lula.
Ms. Capps was a laundress with Guaranty Laundry Company in Oklahoma City for 40 years, retiring in June, 2004. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two sisters, Faye Capps of Ada and Virble Jenkins of Ada; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
