Shelton Smith

Services for Shelton David Smith, 59, of Konawa, formerly of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Ellis Taylor and Bro. Osborne Roberts will officiate. Burial will follow at Steedman Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Smith died Wednesday, March 10, 2021 in Ada. He was born April 19, 1961 in Talihina to Kuton and Leona Shields Smith. He graduated from Allen High School.

He was a retired cook from local restaurants.

Survivors include five sons, Victor Smith, Jamison Smith, Michael Smith, Shandy Smith and Sheridan Smith; a daughter, Kendra Nail; five brothers, Kenneth Smith, Jim Perry, Darryl Smith, Floyd Smith, Lester Smith; three sisters, Madelyn Alexander, Verna Mason and Sharon Smith; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Benjamin Smith; brother, Stanley Smith; and sister, Lou Palmer.

Bearers will be Adrian Smith, Malcolm Smith, Daryl Smith, Jason Smith, Quana Whitedeer and Michael Carnes.
