A memorial service for Sharon Ruth Thompson, 68, of Ada will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.

Mrs. Thompson died Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at a local nursing home.  She was born December 30, 1954 in Ada to Frank and Charlsie Miller Wilson.

She married Melvin Thompson and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Melvin, of the home; one daughter, Teresa Stertz; a sister, Linda Pallas; six grandchildren, Breanna Smith, Cameron Smith, Dalston Vasquez, Mariah Vasquez, Braylon Vasquez, Alyx Spencer; and seven great-grandchildren, Eli Smith, Ava Kuhn, Olivia Vasquez, Jayse Vasquez, Grayson Vasquez, Halen Wilson and Harper Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, April Thompson; and a granddaughter, Kaylee Spencer.
