SALLY WYCHE

ADA-Services for Sally Wyche, 89, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Frank Trent will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Wyche died on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at a local hospital. She was born January 26, 1919 at Hart Community, west of Ada, to P.T. and Effie Jones McConnell. She lived in this area all of her life. She attended Hart and Vanoss schools.

She married Norman Lee Wyche. He died on October 14, 2005 in Ada. Mrs. Wyche was a homemaker. She owned Wyche's Coffee Shop for several years and also worked at Dillon's Department Store for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Arnita McWhirter, a son, Norman Lee Wyche, Jr., one brother and four sisters.

Survivors include two daughters, Pat Estes, Ada and Reta De Fonseca, Aurora, CO; one son, Jody Wyche, Bethesda, MD; two sisters, Juanita Tiner, Gaar Corner and Margie Teel, Ada; one brother, J.T. McConnell, Ada; six grandchildren, Tommie Wayne Estes Jr., Renee McDaniel, Joe McDaniel, James McDaniel, Jason Wyche and Glenn Wyche; six great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

Bearers will be Richard Teel, Ernie Staggs, Willie Dansby, Paul Dansby, Jerry Wayne Wyche, and Mike Wyche. Honorary bearer will be O'Neil Jackson.
