SADIE SIMPSON
ADA-Graveside services for Sadie Mae Simpson, 89, Ada, are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Rosedale Cemetery, James Stout will officiate.
Mrs. Simpson died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at a local nursing home. She was born November 6, 1918 at Bebee, Oklahoma to Mert and Maggie Odom Mobley. She attended Home school and lived in this area all her life.
She married James W. Simpson. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Simpson was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, James Simpson and wife Mary Ann, Oklahoma City; a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Simpson Stone, Oklahoma City; a sister-in-law, Cleva Berger, Ventura, California; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; two very special friends and neighbors, sisters Sharon and Donna.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons, Johnny Simpson and Jerry Simpson, and all her siblings.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, 825 NE 13th, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.
