RUTH ANN FIFER
ADA-Services for Ruth Ann Fifer, 67, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Robert Ware will officiate. Burial will follow at Franks Cemetery.
Ms. Fifer died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at her home. She was born October 20, 1946 in San Francisco, California to Luther and Elsie Holbrook Reed. She attended Byng schools. She moved back to this area about 11 years ago from Vallejo, California. Ms. Fifer was a homemaker and had previously modeled in Japan and had also worked on the military base and Navy exchange.
Survivors include her husband, James Leroy Garner, of the home; two daughters, Diana Beezley and husband Travis, Anchorage, AK, and Charlene Fifer and Courtney Breshears, Tulsa; her mother, Elsie Reed, Ada; four sisters, Margaret Sweet and husband Bob, Stonewall, Rosanna Anderson, Ada, Mildred Crawford and husband Philip, Ada, Elsie Haskins and husband, Michael Musgrave, Ada, and Regina Hercules and husband Gus, Ada; a brother, John Reed and wife Kim, Ada; her granddaughters, Annabelle Torralba, Anchorage, AK, Michelle Torralba and husband Roger, Tagaloa, AK, and Danielle Yawakia Rudolph; and a grandson, Robert Sean Rudolph, II; and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, a son, two sisters and a brother.
