Services for Russell Max Hudson, 64, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel.  Kendell Martin will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff, OK.  The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday.

Mr. Hudson, Rusty, passed away July 3, 2024.  He was born January 29, 1960, at Valley View Hospital in Ada, OK to Max Hudson and Shirley Berlene Meek.  Rusty graduated from Byng High School in 1979.  He lived out most of his life in Ada and near by towns.  Rusty worked as a trim carpenter and was a perfectionist with everything he did.  He was a man of many skills.  Rusty loved being around his family and his friends.  He always had a smile and was always there to lend a helping Hand.  Rusty was a selfless man and always giving of himself.  He enjoyed fishing, traveling, and was an outstanding artist.

Rusty Hudson is survived by his significant other, Lori Sackett; a daughter, Tasha Hudson; a brother, Michael Damon Hudson; a sister, Shelley Russell; four granddaughters, Talese, Teahtah, Acelee Worcester, and Chase Lopez; one grandson, Montana Lopez; three great grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Krista Hudson.

Bearers will be Steve Meek, Kevin Lowe, Kenny Moore, Kevin Bowles, Jason Odom, and Rick Littlefield.  Honorary bearers are Ed Anderson, Harold Weddle, Jack Berry, Ron McDaniels, Pete Williams, and too many more to mention.
