RUBY WILLIAMS
VANOSS-Graveside services for Ruby Williams, 71, Vanoss are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Midland Cemetery near Vanoss.
Mrs. Williams died Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at a local hospital. She was born December 4, 1937 at Durant, Oklahoma to Homer and Freda Grace Wampler Muck. She attended Ada schools.
She married William "Sonny" Williams in 1954. He preceded her in death on July 3, 2005. Mrs. Williams was an aide at a nursing home here in Ada for several years.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Jones and husband John, Vanoss; one son, Gene Williams and wife Janet, Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one on the way; and three sisters, Hazel Holloway, Arizona, Fern White, Ada, and Mary Lou Loman, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Homer Muck, Jr., Ray Muck, Leonard Muck, Billy Muck, and Marvin Muck.
