GINGER GRAY ADAIR

ADA-Services for Ginger Gray Adair, 80, Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. John Norvell and Rev. David Gray will officiate. Burial will follow at Denney Cemetery.

Mrs. Adair died Sunday, June 6, 2010 at a local nursing home. She was born August 6, 1929 at Coffeyville, Kansas to Clarence Boyd and Evalynn June Jacks White. She attended elementary school in Kansas and graduated from Duncan High School in 1947.

She married Bill L. Gray on June 13, 1948. He preceded her in death on March 7, 1991. She later married James Adair in 1998. He preceded her in death on September 16, 2001. Mrs. Adair was an Administrative Assistant at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Laboratory in Ada, retiring in 1985. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, and a member of the Laureate Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

Survivors include three sons, Mike Gray and wife Carol, Ada, Bob Gray, Ada, and Jim Gray, Dallas, TX; four grandchildren, Lisa Fulton, Ada, Bill Gray, Oklahoma City, Taylor Gray, Moore, and Matthew Gray, Ada; four great grandchildren, Hunter and Fisher Fulton, Addyson and Kaymen Gray; and a sister-in-law and best friend, Bobbie Gray, Ada.

Bearers will be Wes Riggs, Terry Fulton, Hunter Fulton, Mark Prentice, Corey Cogburn and Taylor Culpepper. Honorary bearers will be Spike Harrell, Gerald Current, Bill Baker, John Sutherland, Harry Schneemann, Bardie Todd, Dot Baker and Jan Grant Johnson.
