ROSA NORRIS
ADA-Services for Rosa Mae Norris, 69, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Steve Wall will officiate. Burial will follow at Sealy-Blue Cemetery at Connerville.
Mrs. Norris died Thursday, April 5, 2012 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born August 11, 1942 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Nicholas and Lillian Sealy Worcester. She lived in this area all her life and attended Sequoyah school.
She married Frank Norris in 1973 at Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Norris was a homemaker and a member of Blue Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Mike Norris, Oklahoma City, Frankie Norris, Lexington, Oscar Worcester, Lawton, and Robert Mayden and wife Dandi, Fayetteville, AR; two daughters, Laura Mayden, Dallas, TX, and Betsy Gibson and husband Paul, Ada; five grandchildren; a brother, Edward D. Worcester, Eagle Town, OK; three sisters, Geneva Worcester, Oklahoma City, Robin Fulsom and husband Weldon, Ada, and Della Miller and husband Alvis, Ada; and two uncles, Melvin Worcester, Byng, and D. D. Worcester, Lone Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Arlington and Nora Worcester and Gilbert and Caroline Sealy; and her seven brothers, David Worcester, Douglas Worcester, Cleveland Worcester, Willard Worcester, Gilbert Worcester, Nicholas Worcester, and Arlington Worcester.
Bearers will be Weldon Fulsom, Billy Martin Jr., Edison Sealy, Ronnie Miller, Cecil Alexander, and Edward Worcester.
