RONNIE MOREHEAD
ADA-Services for Ronnie Lynn Morehead, 65, of Ada, are 12:00 noon Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Ken Wolfe will officiate. A Committal Service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo.
Mr. Morehead died Monday, December 3, 2012 at his home. He was born May 4, 1947 at McAlester, Oklahoma to Howell and Ethleen Eital Morehead. He graduated from Hugo High School in 1965 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Mr. Morehead was a landlord and owned many properties in Ada, had worked as a teacher at Willard Grade School and owned M & T Enterprises, Inc. from 1979 until he sold the business in 2000. Currently, he was the owner and manager of Green River Management, Inc. Mr. Morehead had served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include two daughters, Kristi Myers and her husband Steven of Ada, and Courtney Morehead of Ada; two grandchildren, Greenlee Myers and Savanna Myers; a sister, Sandra Cody and her husband Larry of Hugo; a niece, Michele Ellis of Tulsa; nephew, Nick Cody and his wife Brenna, of Hugo; great nieces and great nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
