ROFF-Memorial services for Ronald Paul Keltner, 75, of Roff are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30th at the First United Methodist Church in Ada, Rev. David Daniel will officiate.
Mr. Keltner died Thursday, January 23, 2014, at an Ada hospital. He was born August 9, 1938, in Redfield, Iowa, to Clarence and Ruby Runnels Keltner. He attended Redfield schools and graduated from Redfield High School. He moved to this area in 1994 from California.
Mr. Keltner retired as a supervisor and a machinist for PG&E Power Company in Morro Bay, California. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ada, a member of the Diamond K Kiwanis Club and had served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include his three children, Timothy Avid of Fitzhugh, Gail Perry of Athol, Idaho, and Sue Warren of Georgia; a step-son, Tom Runnels of Ada; his significant other, Lue Moehlman of Roff; four grandsons, Mike Pemberton, Donny Pemberton, Shay Avid and Aslan Avid; and two sisters, Judy Bowns and Donna Romine.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Keltner.
