ROGER MUNGUIA
STONEWALL-Services for Roger Toscano Munguia, 66, of Stonewall are 12:00 noon Friday, March 30, 2013 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery at Byng. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery. After the services, family and friend may call at the home, 21784 CR 1610, Stonewall for food and fellowship.
Mr. Munguia died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born June 6, 1946 in Harlingen, Texas to Rogelio Salines Munguia and Ignacia DeLos Santos Toscano Munguia. He graduated from high school in Texas.
He moved to this area in 1994 from Riverside, California. He married Pamela J. Ohlauser on June 25, 1995 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Mr. Munguia was and over the road trainer, employed with Covenant Transport for 17 years training drivers. He served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Munguia, of the home; two sons, David Rios and Rodrigo Rodriguez; three brothers, Robert Toscano Munguia, Riverside, CA, Roland Toscano Munguia, Sacramento, CA, and Rodney Toscano Munguia, Harlingen, TX; a sister, Romanita Toscano Munguia, Hemet, CA; aunts, Johnnie Graham, Ada, Gabriella Toscano Campos, Visalia, CA, and Angie Toscano Losano, Chicago, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and brothers, Romaro Munguia, Richard Munguia and Roderick Munguia.
Bearers will be Tracy Jones, Troy Jones, Frank Jones, Lane Scott, Justin Booth, Hank Jones and Cole Booth.
