RODGER HOPPE
ADA-Services for Rodger Dale Hoppe, 58 of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Crosspointe Church with Pastors Tom Hall and Shawn Wiebers officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home.
Mr. Hoppe died Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Ada. He was born October 27, 1954 in Gainesville, Texas to Anthony Dale and Lura Jean Calhoun Hoppe. He graduated from Ada High School. Mr. Hoppe was currently working as a drilling consultant.
Survivors include his wife, Tammie Lee Higdon Hoppe, of the home; a son, Rusty Hoppe of Ada; a grandson, Ty Hoppe of Ada; his mother, Lura Jean Hoppe of Ada; two sisters, Jo Stucker and Vicki Cardon, both of Frisco, TX; and a brother, Lynn Hoppe and his wife Kim Hoppe of Ada; a step-son, Tracy Jones and his wife Shana of Lamar, AR; a step-daughter, Tonya Brown of Ada; aunts, uncles, and numerous nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Dale Hoppe and a step-daughter, LaTisha Marie Hoppe; his paternal and maternal grandparents, and several uncles and cousins.
