Robert Thomasson

Robert Lee Thomasson, Sr., 77, of Stonewall, Oklahoma, passed away on February 19, 2025, at his home. A devoted father, grandfather, and friend.

Born on September 5, 1947, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Robert worked as a truck driver for A & J Transportation until his retirement. He was a hardworking and reliable individual who dedicated his life to providing for his family.

Robert is survived by his four sons: Robert Thomasson, Jr. of Alvin, TX; Christopher Graham and wife Alex of Stonewall, OK; Justin Lytle and wife Jennifer of Stonewall, OK; and Chris Thomasson of Lone Grove, OK. He also leaves behind his brother, Rex Childers and wife Cindi of Corpus Christi, TX; his sister, Cindy Montgomery and husband Tony of Ponca City, OK; and 10 grandchildren: Holly, Waylon, Heather, Jesse, Charisma, Jamie, Taigen, Journey, Gypsy, and Eternal. Additionally, Robert had two great-grandchildren, Violet and Presley, who brought him much joy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Emma, his brother Bill Thomasson, his father and mother-in-law, Frank and Linda Graham, his sister-in-law, Brenda Burris, and his maternal grandmother, Bea.

Services will be held at a later date. Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and he will be remembered for his love and dedication to those closest to him.
