ROBERT KELLEY
ADA-Services for Robert Leroy Kelley, 77, of Ada, are 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Mr. Kelley died Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at a local nursing home. He was born February 27, 1935 in Francis, Oklahoma to Herley L. and Mabel Gaylor Kelley. He graduated from Francis High School in 1952.
He married Alta Jean Atkinson on April 5, 1953 in Ada. Mr. Kelley was the owner and operator of Kelley Service Center from 1975 – 1987. From 1987-1997 he was employed with Service Master in Oklahoma City until he retired. He was a member of Southwest Church of Christ in Ada.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Kelley, of the home; two sons, Gary Kelley and wife Vicki, Ada, and Keith Kelley and wife Brinda, Edmond; a daughter, Gina Hickey and husband Tom, Edmond; seven grandchildren, Lacy Baker and husband Dave, Ada, Casey Kelley and wife Jennifer, Victoria, TX, Courtney Burns and husband Chris, Edmond, Keenan Kelley, Edmond, and Kellie, Christen, and Kaitlyn Hickey, all of Edmond; two great grandchildren, Shannon Baker and Jacob Baker; two brothers, David Kelley, Pottsboro, TX, and Danny Kelley, Tulsa; and one sister, Ollie Roberts and husband Ken, Ada.
Bearers will be Eugene Cannon, Larry Darbison, Vern Morgan, Bill Hart, James Byers, Jerry Miller and Wib Scroggins.
