RICHARD PARKER
ADA-Graveside services for Richard Alex Parker, 61, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Parker died Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at his home. He was born August 29, 1948 in Ada, Oklahoma to Joe Ira and Katherine Alexander Parker. He graduated from Ada High School and attended college for two years.
Mr. Parker had worked as a welder for Arkla Gas Company and he had served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Beebe, Oklahoma City, and Regina Dotson of Georgia; four grandchildren, Jacob Crane, Ryan Beebe, Jude Dotson and Brody Williams; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
