Richard Frank

Services for Richard Dwight Frank, 79, of Ada will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2026, at the pavilion at the Ardmore Veterans Cemetery, 1555 Myall Street, Ardmore, OK 73401.

Mr. Frank died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at his home.  He was born November 2, 1946 in Niota, TN to Carter Clemmons and Glaphfrey Shoemaker Frank.

He married Pamelia Diane Turney on May 20, 2006. Mr. Frank served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict and later retired, as a supervisor, from the Kern County, California District Attorney's office and a Reserve Commander from the Kern County Sheriff's Office.

Survivors include his wife, Pamelia Frank, of the home; four sons, Chris Frank and wife Angela, Robert Horn and wife Deanann, David Horn and Jason Horn and wife Jennifer; three daughters, Sheila Alexander, Becky Coleman and Crissey Vice and husband Kenneth; brother, Gary Frank; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Billie Jean Frank, Loretta Frank, Jancie Frank, and Paulette Frank; brother, Norman Orville Frank; and granddaughters, Tori Taylor and Audrey Horn.

The family requests no financial assistance at this time.
